Abstract

In April 2024 there was year on year (y-on-y) inflation in Lebak Regency of 3.06 percent with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 106.47.
Y-on-y inflation occurred due to price increases as indicated by the increase in all expenditure group indices, namely: food, beverages and tobacco group by 5.59 percent; clothing and footwear group by 1.76 percent; housing, water, electricity and household fuel group by 0.42 percent; household supplies, equipment and routine maintenance group by 1.15 percent; health group by 0.67 percent; transportation group by -0.02 percent; information, communication, and financial services group by -0.23 percent; recreation, sports, and culture group by 0 percent; education group by 0 percent; food and beverage supply/restaurant group by 1.90 percent; and personal care and other services group by 5.03 percent.
The month to month (m-to-m) deflation rate was 0.25 percent and the year to date (y-to-d) inflation rate of Lebak Regency in April 2024 was 0.79 percent.
