Abstract

In February 2024 there was year on year (y-on-y) inflation in Lebak Regency of 3.76 percent with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 105.97.

Y-on-y inflation occurred due to price increases as indicated by the increase in all expenditure group indices, namely: food, beverages and tobacco group by 7.35 percent; clothing and footwear group by 0.95 percent; housing, water, electricity and household fuel group by 0.45 percent; household supplies, equipment and routine maintenance group by 1.07 percent; health group by 1.15 percent; transportation group by 0.24 percent; information, communication, and financial services group by -0.2 percent; recreation, sports, and culture group by 1.93 percent; education group by 0 percent; food and beverage supply/restaurant group by 2.67 percent; and personal care and other services group by 3.62 percent.

The month to month (m-to-m) inflation rate was 0.49 percent and the year to date (y-to-d) inflation rate of Lebak Regency in February 2024 was 0.31 percent.
