Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics Lebak Regency 2024

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) to identify statistical data needs and the level of consumer satisfaction with BPS data and services. Respondents in the 2024 SKD are consumers who receive services from the BPS Integrated Statistical Services (PST) unit face to face or come directly to the BPS PST unit and without face to face either by telephone, fax, e-mail, letter, website or statistical services on line. In general, the aim of implementing SKD 2024 is to obtain evaluation material from consumers to support improving the quality of data and statistical information. The results of the 2024 SKD are presented in the form of a publication containing analysis of consumer characteristics, analysis of data needs, analysis of data quality satisfaction, and analysis of service unit performance. This analysis is completed in the form of a Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK). The scope of analysis of the 2024 SKD results is PST BPS Lebak Regency.
