Abstract

• In January 2025, there was year-on-year (y-on-y) inflation in Lebak Regency of 0.75 percent with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 106.24. • Inflation y-on-y occurred due to an increase in prices indicated by an increase in most expenditure group indices, namely: food, beverages and tobacco group by 3.58 percent; clothing and footwear group by 0.18 percent; housing, water, electricity and household fuel group by -9.92 percent; household equipment, tools and routine maintenance group by -1.86 percent; health group by 1.67 percent; transportation group by -0.03 percent; information, communication and financial services group by -0.84 percent; recreation, sports and culture group by 5.77 percent; education group by 2.88 percent; food and beverage/restaurant provision group by 1.06 percent; and personal care and other services group by 5.11 percent. • The month-to-month (m-to-m) deflation rate was 0.63 percent and the year-to-date (y-to-d) deflation rate for Lebak Regency in January 2025 was 0.63 percent.
