Abstract

Banten Total Births (TFR) Long Form SP2020 results of 2.01, which means that only about 2 children were born to women during their reproductive period.
There was a sharp decline in adolescent fertility (ASFR 15-19) per 1,000 women aged 15-19 years, from 48 SP2000 results to 18.20 SP2020 LF results.
There was a decrease in the Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) from 24 per 1,000 live births in SP2010 to 13.83 per 1,000 live births in the Long Form SP2020. Meanwhile, maternal mortality in Banten province was recorded at 127 deaths among 100,000 live births.
The highest proportion of the population with lifetime migrant status between provinces is in Generation X (42-57 years), namely 30.91 percent. Meanwhile, the Millennial Generation (26-41 years) have more migrant and commuter status.
The prevalence of disability in the elderly (60 years and over) is much greater than that of children (5-17 years) and youth (16-30 years).
The majority of Banten's population aged 15 years and over have a high school education or equivalent. The majority of Baby Boomers (58-76 years) and Generation X have completed elementary school/equivalent, while the Millennial Generation have completed secondary school/equivalent.
More than 90 percent of the Post Gen Z Generation to the Baby Boomer Generation can communicate in Indonesian, but only 89 percent of the Pre-Boomer Generation (77+ years) can speak Indonesian. Meanwhile, only around 50 percent use the local language in the family or neighbors/relatives. The percentage of speakers of regional languages has decreased in the younger generation.
As much as 78.78 percent of households in Banten live in houses that meet the requirements for building resilience.
